How to Download (Save) Files from the Internet to your Computer

We offer files in Adobe PDF, Mp3 Audio's and Zip Files.

Mp3 Files and Zip Files are very large files and will take a long time to download. PDF Files are usually much faster.

Most computers have programs that will open a zip file so that you can access all the files that are in that zip. All you have to do is click on the file once it is done downloading and your computer will find the program to extract the files to your computer. Just follow the directions, and you will be good to begin enjoying all the files you have purchased.

The same applies to Mp3 files. You can also transfer your Mp3 files to your Ipod to listen to them at your convenience.

All pdf files need a pdf reader to view the files. Adobe offers a reader for free and can be downloaded here.

The instructions which follow explain how to download these type of files.

TO SAVE A FILE TO YOUR COMPUTER:

  1. Right click on the hyperlink.

A menu will appear. Depending on your browser and browser version, the options will vary.

  2. The option to select will say something like one of the following:
    • Save Target As
    • Save Link As
    • Save Link Target As
    • Download Linked File As

Below are some examples of what you might see:

    Internet Explorer 6 Firefox 1.0 Netscape 7

  3. Select a save location and click OK.

We suggest you save the file to your computer, so that when the file is done, it is easy to find. After you have located the file, you may wish to keep it stored somewhere else on your computer, such as My Documents.

  4. Once the File is Finished a pop up message will tell you when the download is complete. Usually you can click "open" to view the files.

If you purchase downloads, they are restricted to a maximum number of 3 download attempts.

Also, they will only be retained for download for 30 days after purchase.

We suggest you download them immediately after purchase.

If you need to access your files after you leave the store, you can do that by logging in to the store with the information you used when you setup your account. Once logged in, click on "My Account". From that location you can click on the order to view that order and access your downloads.
