		<description>Those &quot;hormonal&quot; outbursts, whether in guys or girls, are a great opportunity to teach patience in siblings, too.  That said, it&#039;s taken me too many years to recognize the need to gently but firmly confront bad behavior, no matter the source.  Too many times we have excused sharp words or let them go without comment, knowing the speaker would never have said such things if not in the middle of some emotional difficulty.  We&#039;re much more proactive.  Good thing we have so many kids.  Now shouldn&#039;t parenting the last few be much easier than the first kidlets??</description>
