		<description><![CDATA[Ingredients:
4 ripe bananas
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 cup vanilla ice cream
3 Tablespoons honey
1 cup plain yogurt
 
Directions:
Peel and slice the bananas and soak the slices in the lemon juice for five minutes.
Put the bananas and lemon juice plus all the other ingredients into the blender.  Blend until smooth.
Enjoy!
